Micro-Budget Weekly: Free Exclusive Filmmaking Content For E-Mail Subscribers Only

The micro-budget weekly is my popular Sunday newsletter, in which I share exclusive micro-budget filmmaking articles, geared towards inspiring and educating true DIY filmmakers who are blazing their own trails as artists and creative entrepreneurs. These articles are different from the existing/ongoing micro-budget content on NoamKroll.com, and are only available to those that are signed up for the newsletter!

As someone who has gone through the ups and downs of making numerous no-budget, DIY films (including two features), I want to share as many lessons, stories, and tips with all of you that are embarking on the same journey. Making a film is never easy, especially when you’re working with limited funding or resources… But when you’re armed with the right knowledge, your limitations can be transformed into creative advantages, and anything becomes possible.

For those of you signed up for the newsletter, every Sunday you’ll receive these exclusive articles, each of which is designed with a singular purpose: To help you make your movie.

Oh, and every new subscriber is sent a free copy of my Super 16mm film grain too!

Be sure to sign up using the form below, and I look forward to connecting with so many more of you soon:

Hello Noam, your film commentaries and advise has been invaluable to me and an encouragement to new and old(er) filmmakers and ardent enthusiasts of the craft and art of professional filmmaking. You seem to consistently provide significant film observations without ego but an authentic interest in helping those who seek your knowledge and skills. I spent 30 years in Hollywood (film and tv production) and never discovered one as generous of heart as you….

Been writing non-fiction for many years, and doing a weekly columns on military and veterans issues along with what’s happening in the word of cancer research. My 8th book is taken from the diaries of a Korean War hero, Bob Donahue, who has been a long-time friend and now confined by Alzheimers to a care-home. His family needed to know what a hero Bob was, so I basically wrote his story for the family. It is so compelling that my friends have encouraged me to do a screenplay, so this is my first effort. I just complete a course at my local college on “how to” and am now feeling my way along. I look forward to my continuing education in this realm.
